Making a purchase for personalised or customised jewellery
Please state all your personalised details in the comments box in the shopping cart area. Kindly ensure all names are spelt correctly as mistakes cannot be rectified after the piece has been made unless the fault is ours.
Payment
The shopping cart on this site directs to PayPal which is a secure site. You do not need an account with PayPal to purchase items and there is a facility to enter your credit card details securely on the site. We do not see any of your financial details at any point of the transaction. Cheques accepted with prior permission and should be made out to J Vaz.
Postage
Postage for items under £50 is £2.50. Item over £50 and heavier items such as guest books are charged by weight. Jewellery over £50 is sent by Special Delivery.
Refunds and Returns
All items sold by Jupiter Rocks unless stated, are created from sterling silver which fluctuates with the Financial Markets and are therefore exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations that stipulate the customer has a right to return goods for a refund within seven days of receipt. In addition to this exemption, our products are hand crafted and personalised, unless there is a fault with the product, or an error has been made by Jupiter Rocks, the products are exempt from being returnable under both the Sale of Goods Act and Distance Selling Regulations.
Customised jewellery is non returnable as it is specific to you, therefore ask that you make sure any spellings are correct. If the mistake is on the part of Jupiter Rocks you may return the item for a refund (less postage) or request a replacement. Items that are hand stamped are not by their nature perfect and there will be variation in spacing and letter placement - please be aware of this and that this is not a fault. All jewellery items that are stamped are 'Flawed to Perfection'.

Damaged and Faulty Items
All accessories or charms are covered by their respective manufacturer guarantees. Faulty items should be returned in original packaging and sent with insurance and proof of posting within 7 days for a refund or replacement on the part, excluding postage and packing. Please email info@jupiter-rocks.co.uk with the details prior to returning with full details.
Delivery
Items that are in stock are dispatched within 72 hours (generally sooner). Customised and personalised items may take up to 10 days but may be dispatched sooner at less busy times. You will always be notified of any delays. If you do not wish to wait and require an item sooner than the waiting times mentioned, a surcharge of £10 will be required to stop work and commence your piece. Completion takes 2 days. Please email first to enquire if this is necessary. Estimated delivery time for Royal Mail is 1-3 days. Special Delivery is next day.
